Clothes CAN be washed in the washing machine. However, in order to maintain their quality and durability for as long as possible, and to inspire you for as long as possible in all your activities, we advise you to follow some simple recommendations:

• wash at a temperature of up to 30 degrees
• wash with a cycle for delicate laundry or on a sportswear program (check the washing temperature setting)
• DO NOT use fabric softener
• DO NOT tumble dry clothes and do not dry clothes in direct sunlight
• DO NOT wash with clothing that has velcro or zippers
• you won’t miss it if you turn the clothes from the inside out before washing
• DO NOT iron clothes as the fibers do not tolerate high temperatures
• Sports T-SHIRTS: you can also easily hang them on a hanger after washing.
  They dry in a very short time
• UNDERWEAR and SOCKS: easily withstand washing at temperatures up to 30 degrees.
  For everything else, however, the usual recommendations apply.
• BRAS and JUMPSUITS: Pay a little bit more attention to the padded sports bras and jumpsuits.
  We recommend that you wash these garments in a special bag for machine washing (underwear).
